First and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of you for your commitment to our scholars and our mission.  You were selected because you have shown to us that you possess a high sense of possibility and an unwavering commitment that every scholar receives high-quality instruction and achieves at high levels.

 

Phalen Leadership Academies was founded on the principle that there is nothing more important than providing the highest quality of education to our children.  As a member of the PLA team, you are the most important element of ensuring the success of our scholars.  It is through your guidance that our scholars will master key academic skills, and demonstrate strong character, as exhibited by: honesty, service to others, a superior work ethic, and a strong vision for, and belief in, their futures.
