Behavior Management System
Track I is designed to effectively manage mild to moderate behavior issues at the classroom level initially, with progression to an Office referral if needed.
Track II is designed to effectively manage severe behavior issues by immediately referring scholars who engage in egregious behaviors to the Office.

Our Philosophy
Our Behavior Managment System (BMS) is based on the philosophy that teacher behavior determines scholar behavor and 99% of scholar behavior should be effectively managed in the classroom. This philosophy is based upon decades of teaching thousands of children and our absolute belief that our talented staff can successfully implement highly effective classrooom behavior mangement when provided with great tools and resources.
Our Objective
Our goal is to use the BMS to correct and redirect negative scholar behavior so that scholars can maximize in-school time learning. We want to do all possible to keep our children in school and, most importantly, keep them in the classroom while simultaneously maintaining a safe and effective learning environment for all scholars.
Our Framework
The BMS is based upon superior classroom managment and exceptional office support. It is a two-track system: Track I (for Level I Behaviors) and Track II (for Level II Behaviors). Track I incidents are initially managed in the classroom and then escalated to the Office using referrals; Track II incidents are incidents that are immediately referred to the Office.
